Shipping

All products are shipped via UPS ground. If all items on your order are in stock, your order will be shipped the next business day from when your order was received. If any items on your order are not in stock, you will be contacted via email or phone to notify you of when the products will be ready to ship.

Returns

Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the time the order was placed. We cannot accept any items that are opened or items that are returned after 14 days. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been opened. Refunds will not be issued after 14 days from the time the order is placed.
